One of the Group Memeber yesterday asked me *Which IPO is best for Participation*?
*I seldom invest in IPO's because of NON AVAILABILITY of following parameters* which are *mandatory* to assess the *financial health and performance of a company.*
*Gross Profit Margin:* It shows the percentage of revenue that exceeds the cost of goods sold. Calculated as (Revenue - Cost of Goods Sold) divided by Revenue.
*Net Profit Margin:* It indicates the company's profitability after accounting for all expenses and taxes. Calculated as Net Income divided by Revenue.
*Debt-to-Equity Ratio:*
Shows the proportion of debt and equity used to finance a company's assets. Calculated as Total Debt divided by Shareholders' Equity.
*Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio:*
Evaluates a company's stock price relative to its earnings per share (EPS). Calculated as Market Price per Share divided by Earnings per Share.
*Dividend Yield:*
Indicates the dividend income relative to the current market price of the stock. Calculated as Dividend per Share divided by Market Price per Share.
I believe in the concept of *"Evaluate the performance & then Invest"*
